- 10mins late require's $15 fee
- 3 cancel's/no-shows you get banned from booking
- 15 mins late appointment get cancelled
3 no-shows clients are banned from booking with me. When ya'll dont show up. Someone else could have had that slot. So if anyone has done 3 no-shows, you get banned, or i require 50 % payment if you want to book.
